There will be a WINNER and runner-ups chosen in each of the 10 age divisions. Winners receive a TROPHY, CROWN, BANNER, $25.00 SHINING STARS BUCKS to be used towards your state fees and your $200.00 BEAUTY FEE PAID to the State Finals. The runner-ups and future Queens/Kings will receive a TROPHY and their $200.00 Beauty Fee Paid to the State Finals. EVERYONE receives an Award on Stage.

Attire:

You only need ONE OUTFIT in order to compete in the competition.

Girls: Christmas Themed Wear-dressy, casual, party or pageant dress.

Boys: Christmas Themed Wear-dressy, casual, suit, or tuxedo.

Age divisions: GIRLS: 0-23 months, 2-3 yrs., 4-6 yrs., 7-9 yrs.,

10-12 yrs., 13-15 yrs., 16-up, Ms./Mrs. Division

BOYS: 0-4, 5-up

Stage Information

There will be X’s marked on the stage or stage area. Each contestant will have plenty of time on stage. You won’t be rushed. For children 0-23 months, Parents must go on stage with them.

NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY AND ANYONE CAN ENTER. This is a fun pageant. Contestants can practice during registration.

PAYMENTS

Only CASH OR MONEY ORDERS ACCEPTED THE DAY OF THE PAGEANT!!!! NO EXCEPTIONS!!! We will take personal/business checks two weeks before the pageant. All checks must clear before the Pageant.

All money is non-refundable.

Judge/Judges decisions are final.

How to enter:

1. Mail your entry form with at least $20.00 deposit and pay balance in cash at the door. All checks must be sent 2 weeks before the pageant to clear.

2. You may enter at the door and pay all entry fees in CASH. If you decide to do this, if possible, please let the directors know so they can have enough prizes on hand.

The constants with the highest scores will receive a Beautiful Trophy, Christmas Crown, A Christmas Gift, and $40.00 SHINING STARS BUCKS to be used towards the 2009 State Finals. You must enter Beauty, Photogenic, Most Beautiful/Handsome, and Best Fashion in order to qualify for an Overall Title. We DO NOT double crown, which means YOU CANNOT WIN BEAUTY AND OVERALL

Selling Sponsor Tickets

If you sell sponsor tickets it will help you pay your entry fees and win prizes. Tickets Can be turned in when you register on the day of the pageant. You can sell these tickets to anyone you know. Tickets cost $5.00 each.

*Tickets will go into a drawing for give away prizes at the state pageant.* Sponsors do not have to be at the state pageant to win. Sponsor ticket sales have no bearing on who wins.

The Judge/Judges results are deemed final. Shining Stars Pageant and the facility are not responsible for any accident, loss of personal property, or any injury that might occur at the pageant.
